Why not learn some basic first aid skills before you start your holidays this year?
It is the first person on scene or the person who witnesses an incident who could save a life. If a member of your family or friend or colleague has an accident or develops a sudden illness and should stop breathing, it only takes 4 to 5 minutes for the brain cells to be starved of oxygen and start to die. You could be in a remote place, no signal for your phone, not speak the language, and by the time medical services are summond and arrive it might be too late for them to save the patient.
We have scheduled dates for 2 hour and 4 hour courses, but if there are at least 2 of you we can arrange for you to come to our premises at dates and times to suit to learn life saving skills including the use of AED’s (Automatic External Defibrillators). Special prices for the public from £30 per person including an up-to-date first aid book and certificate. On-site courses available for small or large groups, we can work out an affordable price based on numbers.
